Default Dentures, Hearing Aides and Medicare?

As we grow older the above mentioned are sure to go..little at a time..teeth usually first.OK, here's my question..if we have no teeth and can't hear what exactly does Medicare expect us to do? They don't cover paying for dentures or hearing aides.Usually seniors are living "close to the vest"..how do we pay for these articles we need for everydat living? And more than that, what can we do to make medicare at least cover half the expense.
